Refund Policy

AT RENDER 3D VISUALS, WE ARE COMMITTED TO DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY 3D RENDERS AND DIGITAL VISUALISATION SERVICES. AS A SMALL CREATIVE BUSINESS, WE AIM TO ENSURE ALL CLIENTS ARE SATISFIED WITH THE FINAL WORK. PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY SERVICE.

 

1. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF DIGITAL 3D VISUALISATION, ALL SERVICES PROVIDED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE WORK HAS COMMENCED.

THIS INCLUDES:

  • 3D MODELLING AND RENDERING

  • REVISIONS AND DESIGN TIME

  • PROJECT PLANNING AND CONSULTATION TIME

2. CANCELLATION BEFORE WORK BEGINS

IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A PROJECT BEFORE ANY WORK HAS STARTED, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND, DEPENDING ON ANY TIME ALREADY SPENT ON CONSULTATIONS OR ADMIN SETUP.

3. REFUNDS IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

REFUNDS MAY BE CONSIDERED IN RARE CASES WHERE:

  • RENDER 3D VISUALS IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

  • THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN STARTED WITHIN THE AGREED TIMEFRAME AND THE DELAY IS NOT CAUSED BY THE CLIENT

THESE REFUNDS WILL BE ASSESSED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

4. DISSATISFACTION WITH WORK

WE OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR CLIENT FEEDBACK AND INCLUDE [X] ROUNDS OF REVISIONS (IF APPLICABLE). HOWEVER, DISSATISFACTION DUE TO SUBJECTIVE PREFERENCES AFTER REVISIONS ARE EXHAUSTED WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.

  • PROJECT/INVOICE REFERENCE

  • REASON FOR YOUR REFUND REQUEST

WE AIM TO REVIEW ALL REFUND REQUESTS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
